Explore pet-friendly trails in the National Forest directly across the road, or relax together on the spacious decks. The wooded lot and quiet setting are perfect for outdoor play and exploring. Please note the pet policy: maximum two small dogs, additional pet rent applies, and pets must be supervised.

Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
Property Access
- This home is accessed by a steep gravel driveway.
- It is plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March and chains may also be necessary to access the property in winter months.
Policies and Rules
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- This property is pet friendly for up to two (2) mature, well-trained dogs no more than 25lb each. Pet rent is $25/nt per pet plus tax.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
Fees and Payments
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee (see cancellation policy above).
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- Pet rent is $25/nt per pet plus tax (maximum two mature, well-trained dogs no more than 25lb each).

Utilities and Amenities Access
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
- There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Towels and linens will be provided.
- Hair dryers are not provided.
